Dear Collectors and Friends, I would love to see your beautiful faces in Houston.
I’ll be scheduling a Cocktails with the Artist. I’ve been privately touring the country, as I love driving across this great land—meeting with friends and collectors, painting and photographing landscapes, and experiencing the vast beauty of our country. It’s one of my favorite things to do (yes, I’m the person who fantasizes about van life—perhaps one day I’ll create a tiny studio in a Mercedes Sprinter and explore for a year!).

I’m beyond honored to have friends connected to the Rothko family, who have graciously arranged a private tour of the Rothko Chapel with the lead curator. This is an incredibly rare opportunity, and I can’t wait to take in the quiet intensity of Mark Rothko’s vision.
Drawing has always been my first love, and I’m particularly excited to visit The Menil Collection—an institution that holds some of the most compelling and spiritually evocative works of our time. If you are a collector of mine, I would love to spend time with you, sharing art, conversation, and connection in a city so deeply steeped in creative energy. Let’s make this trip one to remember.
