Blog: The Collector’s Muse
I call this blog 'The Collector’s Muse' because, as an artist, my world is shaped by fleeting moments of inspiration—light shifting across a canvas, a conversation that lingers, the way color dances in unexpected places. 'The Collector’s Muse' is an intimate space where I share my creative process, my discoveries, and the evolution of my work. It’s a journal of beauty, exploration, and the pursuit of artistic mastery, written for those who collect, appreciate, and engage deeply with fine art.
To balance my creative world, I always work on two distinct bodies of art. One is a meditative, escapist practice of painting and drawing—an immersive space where I explore beauty, emotion, and flow. The other is a focused, year-long (or longer) body of work tackling the difficult subjects we experience as societal traumas or existential crises. This pairing of split focus enables me to navigate the intensity of creation while maintaining balance in my life, staying sane in this beautifully inspirational, elegantly devastating existence.
